This is a new old stock Beretta 390 / 3901 20 gauge gloss field forend forearm (at least those were the models on the label - hassle-free returns if somebody zigged when they should've zagged). There are some light chatter marks from storage (see last photo). This does not appear to have ever been on a shotgun.
